Get ready for a visual experience like no other when you visit the Eyeful Tower in Orem. The owners of this one of a kind custom home have partitioned off the lower level of their amazing property for your exclusive use. Park on the Driveway and walk down the professionally landscaped exterior pathway to the lower deck platform of the Eyeful Tower. You will immediately be stunned by the incredible vista before you. The deck area is huge with room to spare, 2 outdoor dining areas and BBQ as well as the main entrance into the lower level for your stay. Enter the lower level to a huge family great room with 20 foot vaulted ceilings. The lower level has 4 large bedrooms each with its own ensuite bathroom. Sleeping up to 13 people in 9 beds (4 Queen, 5 twins) the home will hold your large group when you come into town for a big game, family gathering or any of the amazing outdoor adventures the Wasatch Front has to offer.
Its hard to describe the views from this home. Stunning, Inspiring, Breathtaking, are all appropriate. This guest space for this amazing custom home is one of a kind. Located in the foothills above Orem and close to numerous shopping areas, restaurants, BYU, Provo Canyon and Sundance Ski area. With 9 beds (4 Queens and 5 Twins). the home has 4 large bedrooms each with its own ensuite full bathroom. The large family room with massive vaulted ceilings and views of the city flows into the fully appointed kitchen and dining area. Each room has lots of room to spread out with super comfortable beds and linens. Parking for several vehicles on the private circular drive of the main house is available.
The home has a fun toddler play room with dutch door, a game closet with lots of board games, cornhole, and other activities, and a large laundry room where you will find extra tables, chairs, and a full size ping pong table you can wheel out into the family room.
For as nice as the home is, the showstopper is the vista from the deck area just outside the entrance to the home. The deck is giant with two dining areas, a BBQ and lots of room to gather and enjoy views that go on forever. Internet speed is fast with a 150mbps Gateway and a large flat screen TV in the main family room.

The home owner does frequent the main part of the home when in town but will not disturb you if you are their guest. Even if they are about, you can still use the driveway but we ask that you do your best not to block the garage which they retain for their exclusive use.
A couple of ground rules to take note of that will make your stay more enjoyable and keep the neighbors and wildlife happy.
• Check-in time is generally 4:00 pm. Early check-in is not allowed unless otherwise pre-arranged and may involve a fee.. When you arrive, please inspect the home for cleanliness. If ANYTHING is not acceptable, do not hesitate to call us.
• Please observe an outdoor quiet time from 10pm to 8am each day. Our neighbor relationships are very important to us. If you do plan to be outside during the quiet hours, please be respectful and keep the noise level such that the neighbors will not be disturbed.
• This Vacation Rental is only for the lower level of the home accessed via the exterior walkway along the West side of the home. There are no shared spaces with the rest of the home with the exception of the Driveway. Every area in the home as shown in the listing is for your exclusive use. Your reservation does not include the use of the garage. The only other exceptions will be any locked owners closets or doors you may find in the home.
• Our grounds maintenance crew is responsible for both warm weather landscaping and cold weather snow and ice removal. After 4 inches of snow, our snow removal crew will come out and plow the uncovered areas of the driveway and walkways as well as any stairs or porch areas. Some deck areas may not be shoveled by our crew. If you choose to use outside areas in the winter, you may need to shovel it yourself. Please use caution during cold weather conditions. Ice / Snow may be underfoot and may also shed from the roof. Front porch steps can be particularly treacherous. If you feel there is an unsafe condition with the snow on the ground or roof, please advise us immediately!
• Please only use the keypad deadbolt locks to lock the doors. PLEASE DO NOT USE THE DOOR HANDLE LOCKS OR YOU MAY LOCK YOURSELF OUT OF THE HOME!
• Checkout time is strictly at 10am. Late checkout is not allowed unless otherwise pre-arranged and may involve additional fees.
• Upon departure, please wash all dishes and load/start the dishwasher. Please bring all dirty towels to the laundry room but please DO NOT start the washing machine. Leave bed linens on the beds. Generally, please leave the house in order. If the cleaning crew has to do any sort of damage control or extra work, you may be charged an additional fee.
• Trash day will be indicated in the digital home manual emailed and texted to you, please take the trash cans out to the street by 7am the morning of trash day, please bring them back to where you found them once empty.
• The digital home guide also has an area guide for your reference with many of the local attractions, restaurants, shops, etc.
• A final notice will be sent to you on check in day with arrival instructions, driving directions, door codes and other useful info for your arrival.
IMPORTANT: This home has very specific parking rules that, if violated, may result in fines and/or your vehicle(s) being towed. Please follow these rules to avoid fines and tows. This home provides parking for up to 4 vehicles on the circular drive in front of the home. Street parking is strictly prohibited for all overnight guests and their visitors. If you have more than 4 vehicles, you will need to find an alternate parking location that is not the street or they may be towed
