While the condo is exactly as pictured, not ALL of it is pictured. In particular, the photos don't show that the head of the Murphy bed is only about three feet from the working refrigerator. I hope you enjoy the sound of motors/compressors turning off and on all night.The kitchen-ette was well equipped for such a tiny space, including a crock pot, electric skillet and hot plate.The lights on the Murphy bed don't work.The curtains on the sliding glass door don't move easily, I'm sure I almost tore them trying to get them open and closed.The screen door sticks so badly that I almost couldn't open and close it.Suggestions: polish and lubricate the slider rails and curtain rod. Fix the headboard lamps on the Murphy bed. And if you ever do a big remodel, consider switching the Murphy bed with the dining room table.

Clean and comfortable

This was the ideal location for being able to ski at Donner Ski Ranch or Sugar Bowl and easily get into Truckee 10 mins away. The beds were comfortable, it was warm and had all the basic kitchen amenities. We liked relaxing in the sauna just down the hall!
