Guests arrive via elevator to the building and enter the condo on its lower level. Just outside the front door, a spacious shared deck offers additional seating and wide views of Central Square and the Gulf—an inviting preview of the scenery that surrounds the property. Inside, the condo’s distinctive multi-level layout leads to the main living space upstairs, accessed by a ship’s ladder and narrow spiral staircase.

Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in designated shared spaces behind the 121 Central Square building and along Quincy Circle.
