Located on the third floor of the Dreamland Heights building, this stylish one-bedroom condo offers sweeping views of both the Gulf and Central Square, with a private balcony that places you above the heart of it all.
From sunrise to sunset, the balcony offers a unique vantage point to experience Seaside’s daily rhythm. Begin your mornings with coffee as the Gulf shimmers in the distance, spend afternoons watching the activity of Central Square below, and enjoy golden-hour skies as the sun sets along the coast. As evening arrives, you may hear live music from the nearby Seaside Amphitheater or take in festive moments like New Year’s Eve and Fourth of July celebrations from this elevated perch.
Guests arrive via elevator to the building and enter the condo on its lower level. Just outside the front door, a spacious shared deck offers additional seating and wide views of Central Square and the Gulf—an inviting preview of the scenery that surrounds the property. Inside, the condo’s distinctive multi-level layout leads to the main living space upstairs, accessed by a ship’s ladder and narrow spiral staircase.
