With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms this villa offers tremendous space and you can bring your furry friends (dogs only). Enjoy the screened pool lanai or take a dip in the spa! Enjoy a bike ride downtown for lunch or take a walk around the friendly neighborhood! Fully stocked with 2 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and coffee maker. 1 mile to Publix and 3 miles to Downtown Naples 5th Avenue!

Home away from home

We recently stayed in this vacation house, and felt at home from the first until the last moment. The house is quaint, spotless, and immaculately thought through in every aspect (beach chairs, kitchen supplies, laundry detergent, etc.) Excellent service, welcoming atmosphere, and little details that turn this house into a beautiful home. We would highly consider booking again.

Great place

We had a wonderful time and the villa was really great. The Moorings area is close to everything. Great for walking and biking. The villa was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Very nice decor and very well stocked kitchen. The outdoor area with the large pool and spa along with the outdoor living space was sunny, private and so relaxing. The management company, Staton Properties was great to work with. They are very friendly, helpful and professional. I have never rented the same place twice but we liked it so much we have booked for next year.

Perfect home, perfect location!

This home is beautifully decorated and in an awesome neighborhood. Close to the beach, close to stores and restaurants- make sure you go to happy hour at Mr. Big Fish and thanks to Ray make sure you pickup some meat to grill at Jimmy P’s.The pool area was nicely landscaped and the pool was quite large. The property manager was very helpful in us getting the pool temp up to our liking and the hot tub was used daily. The kitchen was well stocked and we were pleased to find fresh flowers on our arrival. All in all gorgeous! Would highly recommend and we hope to be able to return next year.

A Perfect Retreat Near the Beach and Downtown Delights!

Our stay at this property was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a treat. The location couldn't have been better – just a short ride from both the beach and the vibrant downtown area with its array of restaurants. One of the highlights of our stay was the well-stocked kitchen. We loved having the option to cook our meals, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Several evenings were spent enjoying delicious dinners in the comfort of the house, which added an extra layer of relaxation to our vacation. The pool and hot tub were an absolute delight. Whether we were soaking up the sun by the poolside or unwinding in the bubbling hot tub after a day of biking and exploring, it provided the perfect way to relax and rejuvenate. Moreover, I can't speak highly enough of the hosts. They were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring that everything was in order and offering valuable tips and recommendations to enhance our experience. In summary, our time at this property exceeded all expectations. It offered the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality, making for an unforgettable getaway. We can't wait to return!

Everything about our stay was great! The Staton‘s were so easy to work with answered any questions we had immediately. Location was perfect for dining and shopping and the beach. And the pool was exceptional. We would really enjoy returning at sometime.
