The property for my family of 22 was ideal for the most part. Lots of perks that made the difference. Pool, hot tub, game/media room for all the kids, etc. Beach access was excellent. The house was clean. Kitchen was nice with the exception of the microwave which was the size of a shoebox. Elevator was nice. Several receptacle throughout the house were out; breaker box not accessible. The pool deck has some repair issues. Someone put down some new decking near the hot tub that is sharp (not rounded on the edge) and one the children cut his foot on it. Other areas were lose or popping up. The doors leading to the pool have some pool-guard alarms on them that is a real pain in the rear. I understand the goal but these alarms need a way to disable them at the renters choice. There was sharp tree/bush growth overtaking steps leading from the ground to the pool deck area. Also on the steps leading to the beach. We were forced to cut them off to prevent getting poked in the eye and tripping. Overall the house was great for us but attention to maintenance and other details are required.
