✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ’n Play/travel crib, high chair, kids’ tableware, baby monitor, and retractable baby safety gates on every floor for peace of mind.

✹ COMMUNITY ACCESS: Guests can enjoy free access to all the High River community amenities, including lake and river access, picnic tables, and gate security.

✹ PET-FRIENDLY: Four-legged family members under 40lbs are welcome, but must be approved in advance. Please note a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet applies.

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the smart lock on the front door – guests will be provided with a code before check-in.

✹ The primary renter must be 25 years old and above.

✹ The reservation must list the exact number of guests. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests.

✹ Early check-ins (before 4PM) and late checkouts (after 10AM) may be accommodated, subject to fees and availability. Please submit requests at least 24 hours in advance.

✹ A 7-night minimum stay applies to reservations over Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve and must cover the following dates: December 19th to 26th or December 26th to January 1st (+/- 1 day). Please contact the host before making your reservation.

✹ As with all properties managed by Dreamscape Properties, Mystic Grove is located in a high-end quiet neighborhood. Guests are expected to respect the property, neighborhood, and neighbors.
