The house and dock were great. Plenty of water toys, even used the firepit to make smores. We definitely would rent again!

Spring Break

Lake Anna is a short trip for our family to spend time during the spring school vacation. Cozy Bear Cabin’s location makes it possible to feel “away from it all” without spending a lot of time in the car. With a perfect location and property, this rental provides everything a family needs to have a perfect vacation.

The cabin was great. Very nicely decorated in the Bear theme and everything was in perfect condition. Good location to the local Marinas, Food Lion and Restaurants. Host was very responsive and even gave early access. Parking was easy, had a Bass Boat and little issues backing it into the driveway. Nice Garage available to park in. Just a great experience.

Wonderful vacation on the lake!

We just recently stayed at Cozy Bear Cabin with our family and one other family with 4 kids total ranging from 10 to 17 years and had an absolutely wonderful time. The check in was seamless and the cottage and boat house were beautiful. The kids had an amazing time as there were so many activities to do both in and around the cabin as well as in the water. The location was great as well as it was easy to get to any part of the lake by boat. We loved it so much we immediately booked another vacation this summer as we felt like we wanted more time on the lake !!!

Highly Recommend Cozy Bear Cabin!

We had an amazing stay at Cozy Bear Cabin! It had everything we needed to relax and recharge. Each room is beautifully decorated, and it's clear the owners take great care of the property. The attention to detail really stood out—from the bear themed accents, to the cozy bonus loft, to the luxurious massage chair in the master bedroom. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The outdoor space was just as impressive. The spacious deck was perfect for lounging, and although the rain kept us from using the fire pit, it looked fantastic. The pickleball court, complete with bleachers, was a hit, and we loved the boathouse as an additional hangout spot. The owners even provided paddleboards and a canoe for us to enjoy on the lake. This cabin is ideal for groups of friends or families, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.
