THE SPACE:
Alpine Abode is a beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom mountain home, nestled on five heavily treed acres within a quiet, secluded cul-de-sac. This two-story retreat, surrounded by a forest of pine and aspen trees with stunning mountain backdrops, offers a modern mountain aesthetic and family-friendly living spaces at approximately 10,594 feet in a high Alpine environment, the home combines a modern mountain aesthetic with comfortable, family-friendly living spaces.

Ground Floor:
• Entertainment Room: Cozy seating, Smart TV with streaming (log-in required), shuffleboard table, dart board, kids’ toys, and a twin-sized daybed with twin trundle for additional sleeping space.
• Laundry Room: Full-size washing machine and dryer for guest use.

Second Floor:
• Open-concept Great Room & Kitchen: Gather in the mountain-modern great room with a comfortable couch, gas stove, Smart TV with streaming capability/log-in required, puzzles, board games, and an open kitchen for easy meals and conversation.
• Dining Area: Dining table comfortably seats six.
• Fully Equipped Kitchen: Distinctive green cabinetry, all essentials for cooking, fully functional electric stove, coffee bar with Keurig, espresso machine, and traditional coffee maker. (Note: Vintage wood-burning cook stove is decorative only).

Sleeping Areas:
• Master Bedroom (Second Floor): King-size bed with luxurious linens, Smart TV, large dresser, spacious closet, beautiful woodland views.
• Central Retro-style Bathroom (Second Floor): Standard vanity, toilet, bathtub/shower combo.
• Third Floor Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed with luxurious linens, velvety accent chair, large closet, elevated woodland views.
• Third Floor Bedroom 2: King-size bed with luxurious linens, dedicated desk space, large closet, elevated woodland views.
• Second Retro-style Bathroom (Loft): Standard vanity, toilet, bathtub/shower combo.

Outdoor Amenities:
• Relax on the spacious elevated deck with soft seating, a high-top dining area, ample additional seating, and a propane BBQ grill overlooking the surrounding woods.
• Fire pit area with Adirondack chairs — perfect for evening s’mores under the stars.
• Soothing hot tub for ultimate relaxation after a day of hiking, skiing, fishing, or exploring the mountains.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 adult guests with two King beds, one Queen bed, and a twin daybed with a twin trundle.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have private access to the entire Alpine Abode home and its surrounding five heavily treed acres. Enjoy exclusive use of all indoor and outdoor amenities, including the hot tub, fire pit, and deck.

Dogs are welcome (fee required), and the wooded acreage makes Alpine Abode a great fit for guests who want to bring their pets along for a mountain getaway.

HOUSE RULES:
Please take note of these important details to ensure a comfortable and safe stay at Alpine Abode:
• Elevation Advisory: This home is located in the Central Rockies at approximately 10,594 feet. Please consider the high elevation and potential weather conditions when planning your stay, as these can impact travel and personal comfort.
• Winter Travel: A four-wheel drive vehicle with adequate snow tires or chains is mandatory from November through May. The area experiences unpredictable and adverse weather, which can make travel challenging.
• Rural Environment: As this is a rural high alpine mountain environment, encounters with wildlife, insects, and rodents are possible.
• Well Water System: The home uses a well water system, which may result in variability in taste, smell, or mineral content depending on the time of year and usage.
• Security Cameras: For your safety and to verify guest occupancy, outdoor security cameras are in use at this property. These cameras are solely for visual monitoring outside the property and do not record audio. No cameras are present inside the home.
• Decorative Stove: The vintage wood-burning cook stove in the kitchen is purely decorative and not for use.
• Elevation Sickness: If you or anyone in your group is sensitive to high elevations, this location may not be suitable. We do not offer refunds for cancellations due to elevation sickness post-arrival.
• Must be 21+ years old to book a stay!
• Pet Policy: Only allow 2 pets at a time for a flat $100 fee when booking. Please inquire if you plan to include more than 2 pets.

* This home is located in a rural high alpine mountain environment where wildlife, insects and rodents may be encountered. The home is also equipped with a well water system and may have variability in taste, smell or mineral content based on time of year and usage.
* Outdoor security cameras are in use at this property, and may be used to verify guest occupancy. Security cameras are solely for visual (no audio) monitoring outside the property and are not present inside the property.
* Must be 21+ years old to book a stay!

*Additional Cleaning Fee for Extended Stays:
