Please be advice before you make the reservation, that the building is going through concrete restoration. What does that mean? The balconies are closed but you still can see everything from the balcony and there will be noise coming from drilling outside of the building Monday through Friday from 9 to 4 PM because they are fixing the building from outside.

This is a Luxury 1 bedroom condo + DEN (1000 sq. ft) with 1.5 baths,

This condo was just renovated in February 2025

It is fully furnished with all housewares for your convenience. In the master bedroom there is a king size bed,
in the DEN you will find a queen size bed,
The DEN doesn’t have a window.
Living room there is a pull out queen size sofa bed as well there is a 0.5 guest bathroom

A wonderful stay!

Now this is a beautiful condo in a perfect location. The place is as pictured, it was clean and very beautiful, all the conveniences of home while away. 1 and a half bathrooms was such a big plus, the bathrooms have heated toilet/bidets, heated towel rack, nice big shower with temperature display I didn’t know I needed til now! The water pressure was great I don’t know why I mention this I was just impressed lol! Washer and dryer so convenient the kitchen fully stocked with everything to cook with and not 2nd hand leftovers very nice utensils and pots and pans and dinnerware to have a nice dinner, my daughter who was the chef was definitely impressed. We had chairs towels and umbrella for the beach that is right there and a pool, tho I went to the beach every day, there is a very nice Japanese restaurant Etaru within walking distance right on the beach very good filet mignon and sushi and drinks. 7/11 right across the street we had a car so there is a Walmart close by but many things in walking distance. The owner was in touch and check in was so easy, I would definitely stay again. Valet service was spot on didn’t have to wait long no matter what time. My plane was cancelled and I had to stay in town one more day and I didn’t think to call him but I wish I did the place I got was on the beach but nothing like this place, I told him he said I should have called him which I wish I did what a difference in comfort and every little thing but this place is a definite thumbs up!
