The Space The home’s open concept flows from room to room with plenty of natural light, highlighting the original hardwood floors and trim work. Spacious Living Room: The perfect gathering spot with a pull-out sofa bed (sleeps 2), a small library with board games and a large smart TV equipped with surround sound. Full Kitchen & Dining: A modern, fully equipped kitchen with a coffee bar, adjacent to a dining room that seats 8.
Three Comfortable Bedrooms: Main Level Bedroom: Features a queen-sized bed and an adjoined half-bath for convenience. Two Upper-Level Bedrooms: Share a full bathroom with a tub. All bedrooms include smart TVs, ceiling fans, and white noise machines for a perfect night's sleep. Need more space – check out Patty’s Place directly next door to accommodate 3 additional guests.
Four-Season Sitting Room: Relax with your morning coffee or a book in our enchanting, enclosed porch; equipped with an electric fireplace, comfortable seating and charming fairy lights.
Family-Friendly Features: pack and play, booster seat available; staircase equipped with retractable baby gates at the top and bottom for the safety of our little guests.

Important Information & House Rules Connectivity: Business-class Comcast WiFi is provided for our guests' convenience. Booking: You will receive a link to complete our rental agreement and security deposit hold. This must be completed within 48 hours of booking. No Smoking / No Pets: This is a strict no smoking and no pet property. A minimum $250 fee plus cleaning costs will be charged if evidence is found. No Parties or Events: Unauthorized parties, events, or unregistered overnight guests are not permitted. Exceeding the occupancy limit will result in the immediate, non-refundable cancellation of your stay. Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors. Per city ordinance, quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Noise complaints may lead to police fines and termination of your stay. Security: For your security, exterior cameras are located at the front and back doors. Do not alter wiring or obstruct any electronic equipment. Prohibited Items: No open flames, fireworks, illegal substances, or underage drinking are allowed on the property.

We were supposed to close on a house that got delayed and needed to find somewhere to stay. Logan's House what exactly what we needed. The beds are super comfortable and the pet art work made us smile. So grateful for these hosts and having a safe place to get us through a tough time!
Very well executed VRBO house - well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, nice TVs, games, black-out shades, parking right out the back door, good house and area guide, very clean throughout, very comfortable beds, child gates on stairs, timely communication with hosts when we had questions. Things to note that may not be clear in the listing - downstairs bathroom is a half-bath (no shower or bathtub); while it is a single family house, there is really no yard to speak of; the house is embedded in a bit of a commercial district, on a somewhat busy road - that said, the house is tight and the road sound didn't bother us, and the road has a 25 mph speed limit, which helps. It felt safe. And, Waffle House is almost across the street, which was great for one of our breakfasts!
