This townhouse was beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable — it felt like a home away from home. The kitchen and amenities were well-stocked, so we didn’t have to run out for anything. Tucked away in a quiet location, it gave us the perfect peaceful retreat. Highly recommend!

Brett’s townhouse was a great choice for our wknd stay in State College. Lots of space, very clean & comfortable, located adjacent to the airport and less than 10 minutes from Bryce Jordan/Beaver Stadium. During our stay, Brett reached out to us to make sure we didn’t need anything. I’d highly recommend this place if you're in town for a sporting event or campus activity!

Stayed here 10-13 July and can't say enough about this property! Brett was responsive on texts from the time I booked. It's close to everything in State College--very close to Beaver Stadium. As we walked in the door, it smelled like a newly-built property, was very clean, and spacious. The main gathering area was open and had lots of space for folks to lounge around. The small porch area with table and chairs was nice to sit at in the mornings to read or just sip a nice cup of coffee. The bedrooms are all well appointed and large in size, as are the bathrooms. You know how some places skimp on towels--not this property! And they were very soft and plush. We would stay here again, multiple times!

Great location for a PSU weekend!

Great new property that was clean and nicely setup for a family. Fold out chair was a plus for siblings that didn’t want to share a bed.
