Tiki Cottage #31 is a bright and cheerful condo with one bedroom and one bath accommodating up to four. Floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing incredible views welcome you into the open-concept living/dining space. Rest easy in the living room on the sofa while coastal breezes drift in, offering a lovely escape from life's hectic pace. The dining table offers plenty of room for your whole crew to gather together and enjoy delicious meals whipped up in the beautifully appointed kitchen. A full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher make preparing snacks and meals a breeze. Whether enjoying breakfast or sharing stories over dinner, the inviting atmosphere and coastal charm make this retreat the perfect beachside haven for your family getaway. Unwind at the end of the day in the beautiful master suite with cozy bedding, plenty of storage space, and a flat-screen TV. A double sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping arrangements and a stackable washer and dryer is an added convenience to enjoy during your stay!



You’ll have no problem settling into the coastal lifestyle with the beach just outside your door. Spend lazy days taking dips in the Gulf of Mexico, collecting seashells, and working on that fabulous tan! When you’ve worked up an appetite, hit Stewby’s Seafood Shanty, Old Bay Steamer, or The Gulf for delicious seafood, all just a short walk away. The kids will love seeing the marine animals at The Gulfarium, and Wild Willie’s Adventure Zone and downtown Fort Walton Beach offer fun for the whole family!

Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

The property has a great location for those interested in beach access, and the beautiful views that come along with having that. The property is dated, and this is a no frills type of condo. The property is fairly priced and we enjoyed our stay. We would book this one again.

A very clean, well maintained unit. Everything we needed for the two of us. The balcony was almost as good as being on the beach but at less than 300 steps from the door to the water's edge the beach was great too. The beach chair service was a very nice perk. We would love to return some day.

We enjoyed our stay. I tried to reach the property manager several times because I had a grant due and needed to use the internet. They never returned call. But we loved the proximity to the water. Would stay again.

Overall a great experience

We enjoyed the property, although a little out dated. I would suggest adding a blanket to be used with the pull out couch. We had a great time and would rent again!

We found the condition to be a bit lacking. The sliding glass door would not open / close easy, the handle broke, and the blinds were broken/missing. The bathroom fan was very loud. The listing suggested 2 chairs and umbrella available, but none were found. We didn't need those but it would be disappointing for a guest planning to consider that feature. We loved the room/location otherwise.

Location was excellent. Needs major renovations and deep cleaned. There were stains all over the walls, dirt and grime caked in the light switches, shower was cracked, cabinets cracked. Needs new paint and furniture. Only 3 patio chairs and no table outside table.

Immediately upon entering we noticed a stong musty smell (beyond the normal ocean side smell) we also noticed the linens had hairs in them. Also toilet seat had hairs on it ans appeared it hadnt been cleaned. There were even hairs on the stove top and inside the fridge. We took pictures of everything and sent to property manager Immediately requesting a call back but only recieved messages. It was not until my wife had made a post on a local facebook page that an employee of the management company saw, that we recieved a call about our concerns. She was VERY helpful and We were refunded cleaning services fee and also was comped a dinner. One other issue we had was the beach service that was included. It was not clear who our beach service was with cause no chairs were setup for our building. Turns out they are with island princess next door. This was not made clear in the listing. Over all our issues got addressed but I would not stay at this particular location again.
