Very Inaccurate Listing Description
We stayed here with 11 people and it was kind of a nightmare. They have 5 beds, 1 futon, and 1 air mattress but only 6 comforters so it really only sleeps 12 (13 if there was 1 more comforter).
Here are all the things they DON'T have that they say they do: Gym, Fitness Equipment, Game Room (there is a broken foosball table), Home Office (just a desk in the master bedroom), Sofabed (there is a futon only), Blender, Balcony, Iron, Garden, Childrens books, Cabinet locks, Childrens dinnerware, Detergent Pods, & Dryer Sheets.
Kitchen has 2 small fry pans (1 doesn't have a handle), 2 VERY small pots, no bakeware, no spatula, pretty much impossible to cook for a large group with what is in the kitchen.
We were provided with ONE trashbag for the entire week. When I called the manager to ask if they could at least bring us a spatula I was told, "No one has ever complained about a spatula before but if you really need one, there's a store nearby where you can buy one." We actually had to go to the store and buy a bunch of cookware just to be able to cook while we were there.
We also asked for another comforter and were told, "You only have 11 people, you don't need another comforter." Yep, fun times.
To top it all off, there was a big rain storm and the roof started leaking in the master closet so the master bedroom floor was soaked the last couple of days we were there.
Sadly, it has the potential to be a pretty nice place, but beware of what you are actually getting.
