Welcome to Washington, DC, and welcome to our lovely neighborhood. Here you'll find trees & green space with restaurants & shops just two blocks away. Enjoy a cup of Joe before heading out, and relax after a day downtown. This clean, modern flat features a spacious living room, spacious separate bedroom, super comfy king bed and two comfy bunk beds in the bedroom, perfect for a small group of guests. There is also a large sofa in the living room that sleeps like two twin beds for plenty of sleeping options. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like streaming TV, kitchenette, programmable thermostat, and WiFi. There is also a separate dining area with a table and chairs. The kitchenette offers a sink, microwave, single burner for cooking, Keurig & pods and all of the essential dishware, utensils and cookware. There is always ample street parking on the same block of the house. A free visitor parking pass is provided. The property backs up to lovely Rock Creek Park and is two short blocks to dining and shops. The neighborhood is quiet, green and the perfect mix of urban and residential. Fall in love with Washington and enjoy the magic it has to offer.
