This 10+ acre property is located at the base of the Tobacco Root mountains (very close to Forest Service Access) This property is home to moose, whitetail deer, geese, ducks, turkeys and Sandhill cranes. Stay home and fish on the 1/4 mile creek frontage or the 1/3 acre private spring fed pond, or drive a short distance to World Class fishing on the Ruby, BigHole, Beaverhead, or Madison rivers! Historic Virginia & Nevada City close by, Yellowstone two hours away! It is just 1.8 miles from the center of Sheridan, MT. This two bedroom, one bath 1400 square ft apartment is very private with a nice patio opening onto a huge yard and down to the pond. The space is beautifully appointed and furnished down to the last detail. Enjoy dining on the covered patio looking out at the pond! After dinner stroll along Mill Creek and watch for wildlife. Very private and peaceful setting! Parking area is large enough to accomodate a trailer or boat if needed.
