I hate inflation-NO increases in 4 years now-we are FOR the (beleaguered) middle class!
THIS IS A REAL RANCH/FAMILY HOME-mellow only-Please...NO would be "inspectors"

SILVER STAR RANCH--Your own PRIVATE 170-acre ranch, with lovely 2 BR 2BA cabin (former ranch foreman's house, nicely updated) --ALL TO YOURSELF. GORGEOUS views overlooking Jefferson River and Tobacco Root mountains, in heart of Ruby Valley. Many nearby fishing access points, including one at South end of ranch. Twin Bridges is 7 miles away with gourmet market/espresso bar and THREE great restaurants (including famous OLD HOTEL RESTAURANT-now take out only). VA & NV Cities also nearby.
Bozeman, Three Forks, Twin Bridges, Sheridan, Dillon, Melrose, all nearby. FISHING-Jefferson River, Big Hole River, Ruby River, Madison River, Beaverhead River--all nearby

Why they chose this property

I had been searching for several years for a nice rural parcel. Several other deals came & went--and then I found this place. The views alone are worth it all---not just million dollar views but TEN MILLION DOLLAR at a great price!
We have worked hard to give YOU-the hardworking middle class and upper middle class- a nice bit of what you are used to... PLUS some of what only the "1%" an AFFORDABLE price. Enjoy your stay!

What makes this property unique

You have a wonderful little cabin , LOTS of land (our 170 acres PLUS you are surrounded by endless federal BLM lands that offer great hiking and hunting), yet the hiwy is only 1/4 mile away and Twin Bridges (offering gourmet market & deli/espresso bar, 2 very good & 1 truly great restaurants, & more) is just 6 miles away.
LIKE FLY FISHING?? Well, world class fly fishing starts at Hell's Canyon access to Jefferson River at S. end of property, and continues all around us. Twin Bridges has numerous excellent fishing guides and TWO renowned fly rod mnufacturers.
