One suite includes a queen bedroom and a full bathroom, while the other offers a queen bed, a pull-out sofa, a private bathroom, and a convenient kitchenette, giving guests the freedom of their own space with all the comforts of home.

The yard features lush turf landscaping and a spacious pool equipped with both a heater and a chiller, ensuring comfort in every season. The dock area is a boater’s dream, complete with a 15,000 lb boat lift, a floating dock for kayaks, and an outdoor kitchen area featuring fish cleaning station, sink, and drink ice machine. Please note: The owner’s boat is parked in the front yard on the left side of the property. However, there is still parking available for multiple vehicles.
