Talk about breathtaking! This year-round vacation home has been a rental for over 30 years as Powder Lodging 301. This home has just as much to offer in the winter as in the summer—if not more! Stay in this charming home in the cozy ski town of Government Camp near local eateries, retail shops, and countless winter & summer outdoor recreational activities. Golden Poles are within walking distance from Skibowl East, with a connecting trail to Skibowl West. Enjoy two other local ski resorts and the surrounding Mt. Hood National Forest.

This home features vaulted ceilings and large windows with stunning views of Multorpor Meadows, Multorpor Mountain, and Mt Hood Skibowl. The living area includes a propane fireplace and a 75-inch flatscreen TV connected to a home theater system. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a gas cooktop, a wine and beverage fridge, a built-in hot water dispenser, and a dining area with seating for ten. This home has four bedrooms, including a king-size bed with an ensuite bath and a queen-size bed on the main level, plus a second queen-size and a kid-friendly bunk room upstairs, where both loft bedrooms offer unobstructed views of Mt. Hood. All bedrooms and the loft include 55-inch flatscreen TVs.

All units are stocked with enough towels to meet the maximum occupancy and extra blankets.

This rental is located on the third floor and is an end unit with the south sun.

Open by request. If pool is covered during scheduled open times, call the front desk to request use of pool. Please allow at least 1 hour lead time to uncover, clean, and open.

Winter - September 16th to June 14th
• Upon request during these hours only:
• Friday – 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm
• Saturday – Noon to 10:00 pm
• Sunday – Noon to 6:00 pm
• Monday Holidays – Noon to 6:00 pm
• Christmas-New Years; Spring Breaks – Noon to 10:00 pm
• No additional times available, pool is not heated when closed

Summer – June 15th to September 15th
• Five days/week – Upon request during these hours:
• Monday and Thursday – Noon to 8:00 pm
• Closed Tuesday & Wednesday
• Friday, Saturday – Noon to 10:00 pm
• Sunday – Noon to 6:00 pm

Please note: For guest safety, the pool may remain closed during scheduled open times in the winter when snow is holding on building roof.
