Our apartment is walkable to all the Bulldog sports locations and the campus!

You want close, you got it! Walking from our condo Davis Wade Stadium, the Hump and Dudy is eight tenths or a mile; 1.1 mile to Nusz Park, and track/field. Less than 2 minutes to be on campus!. It is fully furnished with 2 bedrooms with ensuites, a king sofa bed with a half bath in the hallway, and free wifi perfect for a six-person stay. Our kitchen is stocked with all kitchen needs, a Keurig/coffee maker, and a refrigerator with an ice maker. There is a grill and outside seating. Two reserved parking spaces are available. Our back porch is a great place to start or day or end it.

Very clean and cozy!

Lee street was a disappointment, but we were able to circumvent the detour. Loved the clean well manicured lawn and shrubs on the campus! We had a great time and easy communication with our property manager. Thanks!

Delightful stay

This was an absolutely perfect place. We were there for a MS State baseball game and were greeted with wonderful “dawg” decor. Bonnie Owen did an awesome job with design and anticipating our every need. We loved meeting her. She could not have been more friendly. We were thrilled with the location. It was perfect for quickly getting in and out of Dudu Noble. We are so hoping it will be available the next time we are there.

We were not there long enough to use the kitchen, but everything was clean and modern. Sometimes a pull out sofa bed is not too clean in a rental, but this one was spotless. Charming and homey

Very good location. Close enough to campus to walk. charming two-bedroom that made use feel home away from home. Would very much recommend and stay again.
