Location is perfect for San Mateo Convention Center. Easy entry and exit. Full kitchen and quiet bedrooms. Couple of quirks with the shower and watch out for the sharp driveway curb. Have stayed before, will stay again.

Good property parking limited didn't realize that the door to the duplex was in the. Rear, but not a problem. Once we found out, it was communicated that it was a duplex grounds in the back could have been manicured better, a lot of cracks in cement, basketball hoop was not on the ploe, there was a large gate that had to be moved to get to the rear and the washing machine dryer and ironing board was in a separate entry from my door outside. dwelling was clean. all of the basic needs available within good communication with the property owner.

Cute & Simple

Just needed a small place to stay with friends from out of town. Check in process was easy and loved the open space of the living room and bedrooms. Booking is part of a duplex home so we had the backyard area easily accessible to us. There is a cute swing on the backyard tree too! Overall communication was fast and helpful and the stay was comfortable. Neighborhood was very nice as well :)

Not happy at all

The listing did not match the property. There were bugs and doors didn’t lock. Beds were terrible and we ended up leaving a day early rather than stay another night there.

Sadly, it was disappointing.

If I could upload the photos of my stay, I would. Cute stay, but not as advertised upon arrival. Missing hot tub. Limited parking. Duplex. Seemingly clean, however, sheets/pillows were stained, furniture dusty/ripped. Be aware of big insects/spiders. Cold upon arrival, had to request for heater to be turned on. DO NOT plug in provided heater, tripped circuit, only accessible through front other side of duplex. No light in backyard. Gate broken. So many things to say, limited though. Sadly, it was not a great weekend stay overall.

Thank you for your review, it will remain visible for everyone to see. Resorting to threats of negative reviews for financial gain won't be effective with me. This guy was booking for couple people, and come a group exceeded the occupancy, resulting in a power supply overload. They repeatedly messaged late at night for food recommendations, requested an upgrade to a more luxurious unit, and ultimately left a negative review while demanding a refund and removal of the review. I declined their request and will be contacting VRBO to charge for the additional guests. Threatening negative reviews won't sway my decision, and I urge fellow hosts to be cautious when dealing with them.
