Upon check-in we were told our room was not ready at 4 and then had to wait 2 1/2 hours to get in our room. I contacted the host and asked if we would be discounted and he never got back with me. Also bring your own trash bags as there were none. We enjoyed the room itself, the balcony and the oceanfront view.
