Highly recommend Sea Breeze. Rosalina was the perfect host starting with excellent communication to a perfectly curated home that showed attention to detail, along with fresh cut floral accents. We felt relaxed the minute we walked in. The huge windows were spotless and allowed us to really enjoy the fire of the ocean. Furniture is set in defined spaces that allows for your comfort at any moment. The kitchen is fully stocked, the bed comfy able and linens fluffy. The location is minutes away from Bandon Old Town (Land and Sea, Coastal Mist chocolate, Tony’s Crab Shack). Rosalina left us an assortment of goodies that was much appreciated after hours on the road. Stay at Sea Breeze if you want to feel pampered and relaxed. You won’t be sorry.

Beautiful Home with Fantastic Views

This home is so beautiful, comfortable, and has the most fantastic views of a Pacific Northwest beach that I have ever seen. Just Wonderful! Having a one story was extremely beneficial with the grandparents. Nearby Bandon had everything we needed for 4 nights stay.

SPECTACULAR!!! From the views of the ocean to the fresh loaf of bread on arrival- everything was amazing. Probably don't do a good enough job selling the kitchen...We made meals most nights in the fully stocked kitchen. Thank you for letting us stay at your home!

We came in the dark, so for the first night, we delighted in the sounds of the ocean, the comfortable surroundings, the spectacular flowers, and fresh-baked bread. Then we woke up to the most spectacular view one can imagine. And that’s how it started....

Breathtaking Sunset

Seabreeze is an unobstructed oceanfront home and was as advertised, though I'd say the photos do not do it justice. Among many, the highlights for us were: the views, the well-appointed kitchen and the quiet but quick-to-town location. Easy, pleasant, timely communication with the owners made this a favorite of our group. We truly enjoyed our Seabreeze stay and would recommend it without hesitation. Thank you :o)

Perfect Spot in Bandon to Enjoy the Scenic Beauty of the Oregon Coast

The house is special and the location is superb. We had a lovely stay in Bandon over the Thanksgiving holiday and would highly recommend these luxury accommodations. The home captures the glorious view of Bandon beach perfectly and house has all the creature comforts anyone would need. Great kitchen, beautiful open space, vaulted ceilings and nice furnishings & linen. A grand but cozy environment--perfectly articulated for the view--inviting and comfortable-- a fantastic beach house for a couples romantic get away or family excursion. You will love it!

Spectacular view and house

If anything they undersell this house online. We view is spectacular, the beds/bathrooms are great, the den is sunset lovers dream and the kitchen is super well equipped. My son and I were playing at Bandon Dunes (easy 10-15 minnute drive) while my wife and daughter were along to enjoy the trip. Everyone was very happy with this trip. I would probably add a couple more outdoor chairs but terrific spot overall!

Awesome experience, a lift to the spirit, ideal for families

Our stay at the property was the most awesome vacation we ever had. The home design took advantage of the magnificent vista of the pacific ocean, the open plan of the beautifully furnished home enabled you to enjoy each other's company as you entertain and watch the imcomparable sunset. All rooms had a floor to ceiling view of the beach as well. The added touch is the property owner's personalize attention to make you feel welcome. I have travelled and stayed in 5star hotels throughout -Rome, Venice,Honolulu, Hongkong,Cape town, but this tops it all! Margie Ongkeko

Perfect retreat!

The house is just stunning. We received such an amazing welcome from the owner Jim, fresh flowers, pre-filled coffee machine and unbelievably, freshly baked bread! The house has everything you could possibly need and we have never stayed anywhere where every single tiny detail has been so well thought through, even the basket with beach towels and suntan lotion in the hall! The view, you should see all our photos! as previous reviews mentioned you just can't imagine how good it is. We enjoyed some amazing sunsets. The beach was great, the kids enjoyed spotting giant starfish at low tide. We really needed a few days of quiet after a crazy year and could not have asked for more. We are already trying to work out when we could go back.

WOW!

When I first looked at the photos of house, I thought to myself that the view could not really be as amazing as it appears in the photos. And I was right. It is even more amazing! We were there three nights and ate in two of those nights because we wanted to just sit and look out the windows. My husband and I stayed here with our daughter, son in law and son, and enjoyed every minute of our time. The house is exactly as depicted in the description and photos, and Jim could not be a finer host. We arrived to a spotless house and the aroma of fresh bread baking in the bread maker. Every detail was meticulously seen to, right down to the fresh flowers in almost every room! We had originally planned to stay at Bandon Dunes but changed our plans when I found this house on VRBO. We still had to pay for one night's accommodation at Bandon Dunes to get tee times but it was a small sacrifice to make to stay here. Highly recommend!

Photographic Paradise

This review is long overdue and many before have sung the praises of Seabreeze at Facerock. It truly is a spectacular vacation home. Jim the owner is remarkable at being the perfect host, helpful and welcoming. He creates this wonderful atmosphere from your first step into the home, of baking bread and beautiful floral bouquets in every room. BUT, the stunning views from the picture windows will make you forget all your woes. You'll just be mesmerized by natures beauty and the constant sound of the crashing Pacific Ocean. We came to play golf at the near by Bandon Dunes Golf resort for 5 days. We were blessed by The Golf Gods with wonderful sunny skies and unequalled views of the wild Shoreline. We experienced one day of fog, wind and rain characteristic of any frightful day in the Northern Hebrides, we could only imagine. We did play and have humorous memories for all time. Going out for dinner was never an option, the Architectural Digest kitchen with the Billionaire view and fresh catches of the day was all we needed along with those lovely Oregon Pinots. Plus, the pre dinner walk on the magnificent beach, watching the sunsets with all the Shutterbugs, dogs and horses was not to be missed. Bandon by the Sea is not the easiest place, logistically, to get to, by car or by air but that makes it all the sweeter, when you finally do. We look forward to returning, for now in our dreams.

Over the years my wife and I have stayed in number of vacation rentals on the Oregon coast. This home tops the list. It is perfect. We met the owner at the front driveway, he escorted us into the house. Once inside he had prepared freshly baked bread for us. The aroma was remarkable, from that point on our stay was incredible. The entire wall of the great room facing the ocean is windowed...CLEAN windows which we have never found on the coast. The windows provided us with remarkable views of face rock and accompanying monoliths just off the beach...Wow! We discovered a fresh floral arrangement in almost every room. The owner pays a great deal of attention to detail as the home is meticulously clean. We both enjoy cooking and cooking in this kitchen is definitely "the best". The dual oven eight burner Viking range is a delight only to be bettered by the view out the front windows to the sea. High end...this is defiantly a high end rental, worth the cost. I would rate higher but there were only five stars. We are anxious to return. The owner/host was very gracious and it was a nice touch that he met us at the home. We spent hours seated on the deck and inside of the great room just watchin' the waves crash against the rocks. The home has an excellent heating system, we put in the desired temperature and did not touch it again for three days and remained very comfortable. In summation, we think this is the best the Oregon Coast has to offer.

Peace on Earth

My husband and I rented this home for two weeks. We invited our teenage children, as well as my mother. Words cannot express how wonderful this home is, or how attentive Jim, the owner, is to his tenants. We had few issues, but Jim responded immediately to my texts. Jim even came and washed the Windows midway through our vacation, as the seagulls were busy. The home and its contents are well-thought out. Jim had fresh bread baking when we arrived. The kitchen is top of the line, Viking, and since I am too busy to cook in my everyday life, I thoroughly enjoyed pampering my family in this upscale kitchen! The beds are great and the sheets are luscious. Even the toilet paper is high end and very soft. Jim has thought of everything. The home has beach towels, suntan lotion and block, beach toys, crabbing equipment ... You will find everything you need in this house. My teens loved the ping pong table in the garage. My mother LOVED the juicy LazyBoys near the back windows of the house. Three tv's allow many persons to watch whatever they want and the wi-fi was always working at full speed (important as my husband is a streamer). I would not change one thing about this home. I have stayed in many VRBO rentals, but this is absolutely the best! If I needed something, it was there. Not many landlords are this thoughtful. I would recommend that you jump on this house if you are lucky enough to rent it. It is heaven on earth.

Family Vacay for 5 at the Best Spot on the Beach

Our stay was beyond memorable. This is not a cut rate rental and it is pricey but you absolutely get what you pay for. No shortcuts have been taken on construction or amenities whether it's the memory foam beds, first class bedding, appliances, furnishing and more. Everything was really spot on but a few things stand out to us. I(the tired harried mother of the bunch) loved the large jetted tub in the master. When we got back from the beach we'd throw the kids in there to rinse off and I would unwind in it later. We have a beautiful home in coastal southern California but I don't have a tub like that! The view was unsurpassed, we just marveled over and over again how pretty it was, the windows are perfectly positioned to give you this seeping, panoramic vista. The kitchen was open and easy to cook in though if it were my home and I was cooking daily, I would add a nice set of knives to round out what thy already have. When we arrived the fresh bread in the bread maker and coffee was a nice treat as the kids and hubbie were super hungry and it tided us over until we were able to freshen up for dinner out. Jim was available and easy to reach with any questions or requests and incredibly helpful and hospitable. We visited 10 days and it was amazing how quickly it felt like home. We visited in August and the weather is cooler than we are used to but a nice repute from the warm summers. If you are hoping for swimsuits and swimming, this is not the best bet but our kids didn't care, the low tide array of starfish and sea life was engrossing and educational, our favorite morning activity. The only suggestion I would make to Jim would be to improve the wireless connection as we found it to be a it temperamental. We always got on so had access to emails etc. but we had to reset it frequently. This is easy to fix and some vacationers might not even care with all the mobile devices and such. I would without hesitation recommend Bandon and this luxury vacation home to friends and upscale travelers. From the food to the beac horseback riding to the state parks and more, there was plenty to do to fill our ten day stay and we manned to fit in relaxing too. If I had the money for two houses, this one would be our second home.
