Beautiful property and amazing views of the lake. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was super quick to answer any questions and very helpful referring things to do in the area. We had such a relaxing time and highly recommend this particular place for your vacation. Far enough out from the "city" to see the stars at night but close enough to zip into town to get anything we forgot. We especially enjoyed the dock for some fishing, the fire pit and the grill.

We stayed long term at this house while in town for work an its a great place to relax after a long day. Very well kept, comfortable beds, beautiful lakefron lawn

This was a 3 day weekend getaway. My wife and i and another couple friends of ours. The property was beautiful. Everything was perfect. I think they thought of everything to accommodate us. The host was very available. Usually got back to us in a few hours. I would recommend this rental to anyone. We are planning to come back.

Easy check-in. Beautiful lake views. Nice size, decorated well, and nice layout; good for large family or 3 couples. Quality small appliances and cookware. Large table, variety of mattresses. Nice campfire area. Good location in relation to area small cities. House generally clean, but we had issues with specifics (debris in cupboards, on dishes and silverware drawer, leftover food stuck in freezer, dusty surfaces, windows and stovetop "greasy" as just some examples.) Deep clean hadn't been done in a while. Island chairs in need of repair. No guest information book on premises, but Ramsey did send a link to it 2 days after we asked her about it. Ramsey responded to concerns/questions fairly timely, and made things right with us.

The property is beautiful. The water is so warm. The house was cozy and inviting. The host has left us a beautiful card and fresh flowers. The screened in porch made enjoying the night air so much more pleasant. The fire pit is right on the edge of the water so you could enjoy the view. We didn't realize the fire pit area could be lit up until the night before we left. We will definitely be trying to plan to return next year

Peaceful weekend getaway

Interior cosmetically appealing and clean. Kitchen well stocked—pots, pans, cooking utensils, dish and glassware. Beautiful view from the peaceful screened in porch with ample seating to avoid the night time insects.Host very responsive with door code “hiccups”. Smell of dampness/mustiness upon waking when dehumidifier in living room shut off overnights due to filling up….hence the 4 stars not 5

Thank you for letting us know. We have adjusted the second dehumidifier to automatically drain so this isn't a problem anymore. We try our best but August in Georgia is very humid, especially with the rain you had that weekend. I'm glad you could still enjoy the views and relax. Hope to host you again, thank you!
