With all your favorite restaurants down the street and the race track a 5 minute drive away there is no doubt you’ll have a good time! This building offers a community room on the second floor and 2 rooftops, one on the top floor and one right off the community room. Inside the apartment has a full kitchen and a sliding glass door. Full washer, dryer and dishwasher. Caroline street bars are a minute walk so there is no need to drive around to get to your favorite restaurants and bars! If you have pets you’d like to bring, please contact me before booking!
