About this property
A teepee on 1200-acre ranch where secluded woods envelope the grounds.
This unique private lodging in the area is filled with personal touches and serves as a great base for romantics, hikers, bikers, floaters, and bird watchers wanting to explore the natural beauty of the Ozarks.
Our teepee is tucked away on a 1200-acre ranch where secluded woods envelope the maintained grounds. You have plenty of solitude, plus many things to do!
Yes, you read that right... 1,200-acres! It's the perfect place to see the stars at night or a beautiful sunrise. Life doesn't get much better than time outdoors.
Around the Teepee:
Stay in a super comfortable 24ft teepee that is furnished with one full bed, a futon, table and chairs. Bedding, blankets and pillows are provided. The teepee has a microwave, small refrigerator, and a coffee maker. The teepee even has a fire pit inside (or a wood stove during colder months) which creates a cozy atmosphere on chillier nights. A fan and a small heater/AC unit are also provided.
There is Wi-Fi available around camp. There is a pump water well about 50 feet from your campsite. There are two restrooms next to your campsite.
We provide coffee, an assortment of teas, plus some small snacks. The teepee also has coffee cups, plates, bowls and silverware for 4 (no other cooking supplies are provided). A few books and games can be found in the teepee for you to enjoy during your stay.
Your campsite has a shelter with electric, picnic table, 2 Adirondack chairs, a firepit with benches. A cook grate can provided upon request. We do supply one bundle of firewood. More can be purchased at $5.00/bundle (please do not take split wood from other campsites).
Around the Ranch
Our visitors are also welcome to utilize the Lodge (Learning Center) just down the road. Here you have access to Wi-Fi, hot showers, flush toilets, and AC or Heat depending on the season. At the lodge, you can use the great room, shower room, restroom, and deck area. The Lodge is a group space and is unavailable during some weeks. The availability of the lodge will be noted during booking.
While you are here, feel free to enjoy our hiking and/or biking trails (if you brought your bike). Disc golf, an open air basketball pavilion, hammock village, and the giant game area are available for your enjoyment as well.
You are welcome to go fishing in our lake, in designated areas, if you brought your fishing gear (You do not need a fishing license for our lake).
Please do NOT boat or swim. AGAIN, do NOT get in the lake.
If you are here during warmer weather, let us know if you are wanting to raft down the river. We can get you set up with gear and a shuttle for an additional fee.
