Private Tropical modern home close to downtown Uvita and waterfalls

Come and experience luxury outdoor living spaces. Where the line between indoors and outdoors are blurred. You can host a dinner in the open air while sitting in the sunken living room with views of the pool and lush gardens. All the bedrooms have their own private bathroom and entry. The master bedroom has its own private outdoor zen garden with tub to enjoy under the stars or for your morning coffee. A full kitchen surrounds the large island in the social area . Great for hosting and family dinners. The house has an electric gate making it very private with enough room for 6 parked cars inside the property. This property is centrally located in downtown Uvita within walking distance to restaurants and a beautiful waterfall with swimming holes to enjoy . Even though we are within walking distance to these coffee shops and restaurants the house seems very quiet and private once you enter the gate.

We spent the las 4 days, house is amazing, pool, garden, master suite and badroom, kitchen, launch and BBQ area, all modern, well kept and amazingly clean.Thank you Ingrid, we have very much enjoy our house.
