Beautiful spacious 2 bedroom with one additional COT, both bedrooms are queen beds. This newly renovated apartment is just a short walk to the beach. This apartment has one roof over deck with ocean views. Large bathroom with laundry included, full kitchen with dashwasher, large living room space with A/C included, private rear deck in the back. Large side yard for playing sports. NO LININGS, SHEETS, PILLOW CASES. We provide towels and face cloths. This property does not take any bookings for 2027 until January 2027.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The apartment was near the beach and the washer and dryer were very much appreciated. However, it does not sleep 5 people. The extra cot « bed » is a not adequate and no one should expect this to accomodate a 5th guest. I had to drive to Walmart at night to buy an inflatable mattress so my 7 yo daughter could sleep. I would suggest the host to either publicize the rental as suitable for 4 people, or upgrade the cot to something better.

Wonderful OOB rental

This is a wonderful property, close to the downtown area and beach. A lovely deck, spacious, accommodation, full bathroom, kitchen dining area. Wonderful communication with property manager. Absolutely recommended!

First Time on Fern

This property was even nicer than we expected. It was the perfect location for our needs, near the Seaside Pavilion. Peaceful beach decor and spacious rooms. Best of all (to my mind at least) was the washer and dryer! We hope to return.

There were no linens for the beds and no notice of this so we had to go buy sheets and blankets on our first day there.

This apartment was in a great location for access to Old Orchard Beach, it was great to have laundry facilities and a fully functional kitchen and we had a very pleasant stay. We did have a few issues with regards to communication from the host who prefers to communicate outside of VRBO via text messages. We were international travellers so don't have a US phone number and it took a lot of back and forth before they sent the information to access the property via VRBO a few hours before our arrival. The most notable issue was the unexpected lack of supplied bed linens. This was not mentioned anywhere prior to our booking or arrival and is highly unusual in our experience of using VRBO in the USA. Having travelled for 24 hours, discovering this on arrival meant a trip to Walmart to purchase bedding adding expense and further exhaustion. While the host did offer to drive 2 hours to deliver and loan us some bedding, by the time they had sent this message, we had already resolved the issue ourselves.This wouldn't have been a problem if communicated to us prior to arrival, or noted in the listing itself. This as well as the communication issues wouldn't have been a problem on their own however the combination of them within day one did give a poor first impression. Despite this, the apartment was a fine place to rest after our busy days and the air conditioner was extremely useful in the hot evenings.

The host is very nice and easy to talk too. The supplies were very limited like no toilet paper or hand soap or not many towels for 5 people. The neighborhood was very quiet though and the walk to the beach was pretty close to the apartment.
