Very cute unit, with everything you need for a stay at the beach. Steps away from the beach allowed us to leave for lunch and and occasional bathroom break. About a 10 minute walk to the pier, so close to the action, but far enough away to enjoy the quiet. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a much needed getaway

With a last minute trip I wasn’t expecting to be able to find what we wanted, but this place fit the bill perfectly! Steps from the beach, close enough to the action of the downtown area of OOB but far enough away to enjoy the quiet. Because of the dunes there isn’t a beach view from the bottom porch but you’re so close you can just head down and set up chairs on the beach.Parking is very tight. Everyone had SUVs and I had to do a little back and forth tactic to be able to get in and out. Flowerbeds / edging took up a little space that could be used to make it easier. Bathroom was tight but nice. Great to have so close to the beach. Communication and check-in was fast and super easy.

Our family was lucky three weeks before our stay to lock in this apartment, literally around 75 steps or less until your toes are in the sand. We stayed 3 nights. Place was clean. Location was amazing (best part), communication and check in-check out, super easy for families. We’re a family of four with two boys. They shared the 2nd bedroom. Larger room was just fine for my wife and I. The front porch area is great for relaxing, having coffee, lunch, and dinner, while meeting neighbors and enjoying the fresh ocean air, was a great long weekend vacation for our family. It’s very important to note, and as long as you plan ahead and have awareness, the place has tight parking spaces, a bathroom on the smaller side (although very updated recently with an amazing standing shower) and no laundry on site. Those things didn’t bother us. We drove our smaller SUV so we just packed extra to make up for it. No big deal because once you realize how conveniently close you are to the Pier/shopping/restaurants/beach access, it doesn’t really matter. The Pier is about a 10 min walk going at a relaxing pace, it is a solid walk though and bring your walking shoes. Would stay at this place again, if we are lucky!!!! Enjoy!!
