Come one come all! This condo is located at 1 E Grand Ave, Old Orchard Beach, ME. Plenty of space for you and your family or friends on the beach, in the center of OOB activity, or relax on the long balcony with ocean views! Enjoy the indoor pool on not so nice days or pass the time with a variety of board games. Many great places to eat, a hop, skip and a jump away. Come and experience the best of Maine Coast! 7 night minimum stay Mid June through Labor Day. 2 night minimum stay the rest of the year.

The condo was great! The location was wonderful and the place was so well stocked. Since we traveled by plane, it was so nice to have such extras as beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, spices, etc. to make the stay easy and stress free. The location is so convenient to the beach and the local shops. The owner was extremely helpful and super responsive. Highly recommend this!

Great condo and it was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The ocean views from the large balcony were wonderful. Condo was clean and spacious for our family of 5. The location was amazing, walk right out to beach and short walk to many restaurants and entertainment. Tammy responded quickly to questions and check-in and checkout were easy and went smoothly. Highly recommend.

Great location! The condo was spacious and offered alot of amenities! I loved that there were extras included for everyone to use such as extra blankets, dish soap, and paper plates ext. we lived the deck and how cold the room got which was great for the warmer days. The beds could be updated but everyone seemed to sleep good except for me. Adding blackout curtains to the main bedroom Would be wonderful only to help keep the parking lights out at night. Overall we felt at home and cant wait to go back!

Great place to stay with family. Walk out to the beach/ocean; very nice indoor pool for the rainy days; Two minute walk to The Pier; awesome wing place across the street; short walking and driving distance to other great restaurants; such a great week!

I had an amazing stay. The condo is so close to the beach, local restaurants and the deck was great, with high deck chairs to see over the railing. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I would book it again.

Off season trip to Maine

Beautiful condo and quiet area. Enjoyed the stay and ease of getting around. Owner was very helpful when we had challenges getting in town due to Hurricane Lee. Will come back again!!

Great location and condo. Beach is just steps away from the building. Plenty of space with games,and beach equipment in the condo. Fully stocked kitchen! The only compliant is there was no fan in the guest room and I think the Master could use one. The owner was available whenever needed. We Could not believe how many places to eat were right outside our building. Very friendly town. We did not have a car and walked everywhere including Landrey’s grocery store. It was under a mile and sidewalks the whole way. We also found a delightful restaurant called The Local and everything we ate for lunch was excellent. We enjoyed all the pizza places, Pier Fries, JJ’s and DQ! The Lone Pine brewery down the block was a lot of fun too. Hope to return to Old Orchard Beach again!

Hi Karen, I'm glad you like the condo and location, and that you had a great time. I do what I can to provide a '10' experience. Thank you for the feedback on fan availability. It's the first time I've gotten that feedback. Usually the central air set at a cool temperature is sufficient to cool the unit. I'll definitely consider adding fans for future guests.
