Relax at this ocean breeze paradise with great location! Half a block to Fort Lauderdale Beach and a half a block in the other direction to the famous Fort Lauderdale Water Taxi pick-up spot. You will have access to free parking for one vehicle and will be a short walk distance to many world class hotels. This unit is on the ground floor of a multi-family building. FLL International Airport -5 Miles, Port Everglades -3 miles, Port of Miami -25 miles, Palm Beach International Airport -40 Miles!

Located in Fort Lauderdale "Central Beach" area!! This area is where all major beach hotels and resorts are located in the city. It is a popular worldwide destination and it has everything you want - calm and serene environment, beautiful clean and safe beach and many restaurants, bars and clubs for entertainment. Many important city events take center-stage in this area like the annual "Tortuga Festival" or "Air show." This area of Fort Lauderdale is considered by many to be the "gem" of the city. Too many attractions and great things to do to list here - just come over, unwind, relax and enjoy your stay in this oasis!!

Parking space for one car is included with reservation. We are walking distance from beach restaurants and bars. Uber or Lyft or local cart can give you a quick ride to popular "Las Olas", downtown Ft Lauderdale, Galleria Mall or any other attractive areas for a fee.

Long Weekend Getaway

Location was great! The place was aurprisingly quiet during spring break- which is what we are hoping for. Easy communication with the property manager. Would stay again if we were to be in the area.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay. Upon arrival, parking was a major issue—initial directions were unclear (generic parking descriptions that appear to be universally sent to all properties they manage seemed to be used) and all available spots were taken, we were then instructed to park in front of an already parked vehicle that placed my vehicle obstructing the sidewalk. This caused unnecessary stress before even getting into the unit.The condition of the property was unacceptable. The unit was extremely dirty, to the point that had it not been so late at night, we would have left and stayed elsewhere. We found yellow stains and an actual blood stain on the pillows, which was horrifying. There was hair left behind from previous guests throughout the unit, the floors were filthy (our feet turned black almost immediately after showering), and there were gross stains and residue on the walls and furniture. This level of cleanliness is far below what should be expected for a rental property.We communicated these issues to the property management company, who apologized and agreed that the situation was unacceptable, but no further action was taken to address or remedy the problems.Overall, this property was poorly maintained, stressful to access, and not cared for to a basic standard of cleanliness or guest experience. We would not stay here again and cannot recommend it unless serious improvements are made.
