The property was above and beyond clean and tidy. It’s a great location for a reasonable price, minutes from Busch Gardens, the Hard Rock Casino and the Mid Florida Amphitheater. Victoria was gracious and very responsive.

My only complaint is the front door lock. It doesn’t automatically lock its self. We went the entire day with the door unlocked. Thankfully no one came into the home. Other than that the home is extremely clean. Hostess was nice.

Hi Lawanda, I am sorry to hear you had trouble with the door. The door is fully functional, but it requires a specific step: simply press the SCHLAGE button and turn the knob to the right, and give it 2 seconds, and it locks on its own, as shown in the visual instructions I previously sent. Also, that area is very quiet and we have all outdoor cameras.

I really enjoyed my stay it actually feels just like you’re at home. Nice and comfortable. Quiet peaceful neighborhood and everything is near by.

Well, I like to say the cleaning list was good but a fridge not working for ice cubes for water which was available by another equipment. Then the master bed was like a hard aboard. I could hardly sleep in it. We was not told that it was in a poor Neighbourhood wild cats running around the light outside. The property was constantly coming on at night waking me up I believe for the Neighbourhood the house is the house is too expensive for the rent. What they charged us. It was OK but not the way the property is I would say not a very safe Neighbourhood.

Monique I was surprised to receive your negative feedback, especially as you did not mention any issues during your stay. Regarding your concerns, we provide a water dispenser with a 5-gallon jug, as well as three ice trays in the freezer. This is an added expense that we provide for our guests' comfort. The beds are high-quality and comfortable, and our neighborhood is known for being very quiet. As for the cats outside, they generally do not bother guests unless there is a specific allergy or if someone interacts with them directly. It is disappointing that your review did not mention that I was happy to accommodate your request to check in five hours early. Given your experience, perhaps a different type of accommodation, such as a high-end resort, would be more suited to your expectations in the future.
