Excellent 7 Bedroom home in Bear Trap Dunes! Community Pool, WIFI, Shuttle Service, Extra Space to Unwind!

We understand how important timely communication and working household amenities are, especially during a longer family vacation. We’re glad that when the dryer issue was reported, our management team responded quickly and sent a repair technician to investigate. Unfortunately, the technician determined that the dryer needed to be taken out of service, and we understand the inconvenience this caused during the remainder of your stay. We also appreciate you bringing the other maintenance items to our attention, including the light bulbs, garage refrigerator door, and exterior lighting. These items are being reviewed so they can be addressed for future guests. Regarding beach equipment, we do not advertise beach equipment as a guaranteed included amenity, but we understand that having those items available can be a convenience for guests visiting the beach. We also apologize for the communication issues you experienced. While our management team was able to respond quickly once the dryer concern was reported, we recognize that all guest messages should receive a timely response. We take that feedback seriously and will use it to improve our communication. Thank you again for staying with us and for helping us identify areas where we can improve.
