About this property

Located just off M22 with a large set back. The property has a beautiful front yard with gardens and a patio made from Lake Superior blue stone surrounding a large fire pit. Plenty of parking for your boat trailer. The boat launch for west bay is just 1/2 mile south on m22. The house has wood floors throughout. Location is everything and this property is only 15 min from downtown traverse city’s famous waterfront district. 5 min to Suttons bay village and 15 min from Leland. The home has had many renovation since 2020 we hope we can be a great home base for your visit to the leelanau peninsula.

We chose the west bay because it is beautiful and getting to the villages of leelanau and to traverse city is east and quick. It’s the perfect combination of privacy and space and proximity to the many attractions of the area.

What makes this property unique

We have a beautiful organic landscape, biodiversity and edible gardens surround the stone patio perfect for sun bathing or having a fire under the stars. The yard is perfect for relaxing while the kids play safely within your view. The recently renovated interior has large spaces and comfortable furniture. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.
