Our beautiful Bartlett rocky river escape awaits your visit! Drink your cup of coffee or grill your dinner on the deck with the sounds of Rocky River in the background. Located super close to Storyland, Attitash and North Conway, our home is a great landing spot for all outdoor activities and adventures. We’ve got plenty of space for the whole family to come and make memories!!

We are right down the street if you need anything

Our home is right in Rocky River’s backyard! Located in a quiet neighborhood, you can access Attitash, Storyland and other attractions within minutes.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are bringing a dog, you must have them approved first by messaging us and then, you must add them to your reservation. There is an additional cleaning fee that will be automatically added to your reservation when you add your dog. Cats are strictly prohibited.
ESA`s are not exempt from the additional cleaning fee.
Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- No renters making the reservation under 25
- No smoking in the house
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the condo)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors

Great location, close to skiing and hiking, an end unit in quiet condominium/townhouse association. We appreciated the higher end cookware, available, spices, comfortable furniture, and decoration. Extra toiletries in the medicine cabinet was handy and welcome. Communication was also on point. We would definitely like to come back in the future.

My husband and I had a great long weekend! The space was beautiful, clean and the kitchen had everything we needed! And you can’t beat being on the river! It was the perfect location with proximity to North Conway, Jackson and Crawford Notch but with the luxury of peace and quiet! We will definitely be back during ski season with great proximity to slopes as well!

Perfect location! The serene sounds of the river flowing was the perfect place to sit out on the deck and enjoy a morning cup of coffee. 3 Minutes away from Storyland and very close to Diana's bath and the mountains for skiing in the winter. The house is fully stocked with everything you need and was very clean. Beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of seating. Our son loved exploring the river and the short walk down to the swimming pool to take a quick dip. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Excellent communication from the hosts!

This is a lovely place to stay in the Bartlett area. We had enough space to spread out and everything we could need was there. The property manager was communicative at the beginning but when my husband texted him to let him know that the oven doesn’t close all the way, he was unresponsive. Because the oven didn’t close completely, the kitchen got extremely warm and things took longer to cook. Also the property says air conditioning is included but the ac unit is only upstairs. There is a humidifier down where the bedrooms are that is supposed to “keep things cool” and needs to be emptied quite often or it just shuts off. We emptied 5 times in one day. There is no control of the thermostats. They are locked. These were the two biggest issues for us but if these aren’t big deals for you then again, this place is great. The river outside is great to listen to and the location is fantastic.
