* Bookings May - Oct will have $350 monthly utility fee added.
* For reservations 30 days or longer, a REFUNDABLE $1000 security deposit will be added to all leases.
* Bookings for over 30 days can be paid monthly with a credit and background check. Inquire during booking for details.

This is our second time staying here and would stay again.

Cost to heat the pool for a week was quite excessive. Was considerably cheaper to heat the first that we stayed there.

Great property!

The Property Management Group was outstanding from the moment we arrived, to the moment we left. It was everything we expected. Very clean, spacious and comfortable in every way. Will request to stay again!

Great property and location

Place was as advertised. Great location and layout of house. Pool, hot tub, putting great were all great. We had some minor issues with the pool, but the property manager was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent, clean, comfortable property

We walked in and everyone said WOW. The kitchen was well equipped; bedrooms were comfortable and roomy; covered back deck was a great retreat from the sun; the pool was amazing with great temperature, refreshing, clean and well cared for. The only minor downside is that the property backs onto a moderately busy road.
