We rented this house for a month in Oct 2025 and were even more impressed with our latest stay in Oct 2026! The house was exceptionally clean and looked even better than the last time we visited. The kitchen was neat and well-equipped with great appliances. The heated pool was fantastic and such an added bonus. Chris is an excellent host—easy to deal with, responsive, and always quick to get back to us. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this property!

Chris was an excellent host. He responded to emails and texts immediately. The property was outstanding. The beds and pillows were very comfy. We had a little trouble getting the TV in the living room to work. Chris responded to the text and then actually called me to walk me through things. When that did not work he sent someone to reprogram the tv. If possible we will be staying here again. The pool was amazing. The property was in a very nice neighborhood with everything you could want or need super close by

Our stay was wonderful. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The house was very comfortable and well furnished. I had a few questions for the homeowner and he was very responsive to all our questions. The location was close to grocery stores and restaurants which was very convenient. Definitely plan on staying again in the future.

This was a beautiful, clean home with many amenities and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were in AZ during cooler weather, but because the house is very well shaded I imagine it would be quite comfortable during warmer seasons as well! We loved the quiet neighborhood and the surrounding area (in Gilbert and beyond) has everything you could need. Chris was a great host and very accommodating.

Hot tub was hot enough so was the pool. This is a very nice and comfortable house in a very quiet neighborhood. Home is close to stores and restaurants. Will definitely stay there again. Host was easy to contact and responded immediately.
