This wonderfully cozy cottage has all you need for your home away from home! The family room has a couch (sleeper sofa) and wall-mounted TV. The dining room has a table for 4, and a coffee bar for 2. The bright and cheerful Kitchen is adjacent to the laundry room. All appliances are new as of March 2023. The deck is a wonderfully peaceful place to unwind, to grill, or just sit quietly under the string lights overhead. Parking is off-street, and just 10 steps to the entrance of the home. Conveniently close to Downtown and the Northland. Shops, restaurants, and services from 1 to 10 minutes away.
