Enjoy easy access to the soft sand and tame waves. Perfect for all levels of ocean experience. Spend an afternoon on the bayside of the peninsula at the beautiful Marina Park, where you can rent kayaks and stand-up paddleboards to explore the calm waters of the harbor before eating at the fabulous Lighthouse Cafe with panoramic bay views. Also one block from your rental is the Newport Pier area, where coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and breakfast joints abound! (Not to mention top-notch people-watching).

Other walkable/bikeable destinations include Lido Marina Village, the Fun Zone, the Balboa Pier, and Balboa Island, which are all must-visits! Iconic landmarks like the Dory Fleet Fish Market, Crab Cooker, and Spaghetti Factory are within a stone’s throw of your home as well.

No loud noise after 10pm No parties allowed. If either are to happen, you will be charged $1000 and evicted immediately.

No smoking of any substance is allowed. You will be charged $500

All fireworks are banned and subject to a $500 charge.

When I showed up at the property the cleaning ladies were still there and in the parking spot, so I had to wait for them to finish. They went a few minutes over, wasn’t that big of a deal but a little inconvenient having to wait, as there really isn’t anywhere to sit and wait. Location is amazing, closer to the ocean than I thought. Definitely a little out dated. Wasn’t completely aware there is no AC. Came back one day and it was extremely hot inside. They had 1 working fan in the closet, would have been nice if they all were working. Parking was hard. You have one spot in the garageOverall great experience, we had a good time.

Thank you so much for the 5 stars and your feedback. I'm sorry about the cleaners going over a few minutes. Definitely not the norm. This older beach unit like many others does not have AC and doesn't have the ducting to add one. There are ceiling fans in each room and a few stand alone units. I will definitely make sure they are all operational. Surprised to hear differently as they were all in working order last spring. Again, thank you for everything. Please comeback anytime.

We were pleased with the place that we stayed in. It is in a good location; walking distance from the beach and some restaurants. It was clean and organized however it would be great if it was more updated. There was recliners that were old and ripped

We had a great stay. We stayed in the upstairs unit. There were plenty of beds and bedding. There were more than enough towels for showering and the beach. They have chairs for the beach, which we didn’t end up using, but were in the garage. It was a little loud at night, but we were there during one of the busiest weeks after graduation. It is in a perfect location. You are close to many restaurants and the pier. My only complaint is the pillows weren’t great. We ended up buying some from Target, but overall everything was really good. I would highly recommend the unit.
