Please be aware this is split level home so stairs will be required to access the space. The driveway, entry and back patio area are exclusively reserved for guest use.
The whole upper level is accessible including the driveway and front entry, except the basement and garage.
The downstairs basement unit is occupied by a long term tenant who will not disturb or interact with guests, as they have their own separate entrance.
