It is the perfect retreat for families or friends, offering a tranquil and sunny atmosphere all year round. The private pool area is gated, providing the perfect place for a barbecue day. The pool is exclusively for guests, and the terrace features patio chairs and a domino table in the lobby. For safety, there is no lifeguard on duty, so running or diving is prohibited, and childs must be supervised all the times. The community is open, but the house has a secure garage door with direct access to the residence. Inside, you will find a spacious living room with a Smart TV, a dining room, and a fully equipped vintage kitchen with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, blender, and coffee maker, as well as utensils, dishes, and pots and pans.
