This was our second time staying here. We love the location and it's proximity to the rivers. The unit was clean and well equipped. Pet friendly, clean units, and friendly staff. Will definitely book here again.

Grandmothers and granddaughters weekend

Great property for our group. It is very convenient to the water park and river. Gruene is also close by, as are the Outlet Stores.

A stay for a day at the Bahn

Great property, enjoyed our stay. Perfect size for the 5 of us. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the bath towels to a slightly bigger size and softness.

Great location!

This rental was great. It had everything we needed for our weekend get away. The location was amazing. It is within walking distance from the river exit as well as a store and some dining locations as well. It was also pet friendly which was a plus for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location!

We stayed for Wurstfest and it was a pleasent 15 min walk in the park. Nice little condos with a food mart next door. We would definetely stay here again even if it was during the summer and we were enjoying Comal River activities.

Location was very convenient. Spacious for eight adults. Sofa bed was damaged and unusable. After looking at other reviews seems as though bed has been broken for at least four months. There is a business located behind this complex where work vehicles leave at all hours of the day and the vehicles beep very loudly. We were woken up throughout the night because of this. The freezer in the kitchen is very loud which makes sleeping on the broken sofa, bed even more unpleasant.
