This was a great property! It was just as the pictures portrayed: clean, spacious, private and very relaxing. We loved it so much I tried to book it for next year but I was unable to do so. We would love to stay here again!

This property was centrally located to shopping and restaurants. It was clean and well maintained. Waliing in after a long trip down was relaxing. The pool was perfect for our family including a 2 year old and a 5 year old. Just the right size and perfect temperature all the time. The beds and linens were comfortable and inviting. The home had everything you would need to comfort and the beach. We would rent again and would recommend this property without hesitation.

We've been coming to Sarasota for many years and have rented a variety of houses. This small, completely renovated cottage is definitely one of our favorites! It's nicely furnished and equipped, everything was super clean, and it has a wonderful pool. It's also located in a quiet residential area and just a short drive to beautiful beaches, shopping, and restaurants. Contact with Altez Vacation was easy and friendly, questions and concerns were answered promptly.Thank you for letting us spend our vacation here!
