Host was very welcoming and responsive.The place was exactly as pictured.The beds were comfortable and the linens were high quality. The pool was heated and clean although we didn’t get to swim because it was unseasonably cold.Would stay again if we were in the area.

Beautiful vacation experience with our family!Very clean & comfortable…lots of extra beach & bath towels available along with coolers & chairs for the beach. We brought the cooler weather along with us and were very grateful for the heated pool. It was wonderful to wake up to the peaceful lake view each morning. We most definitely will be returning to stay again… hopefully much longer this time!

Family trip to visit family

I would recommend this home to everyone! They provide anything you can imagine. Wonderful location and very relaxing. And while relaxing by the pool we even saw dolphins.

Loved this property!!!

My family and I really enjoyed this property. From the moment we walked in, we immediately felt comfortable and everything was sparkling clean. The beds, pillows and blankets all felt new and clean. Our kids loved the pool and going out on the dock to look for fishies. The location was great too! Close drive to Punta Gotda Downtown and airport. But away enough for peace and calm. We really loved it here and would gladly come back again!

Can't wait to visit again!

We have stayed at many VRBO's over the years and have always been very pleased with the accommodations, however this is at the very top of the list. Not only was it immaculate and extremely comfortable, the home was also well appointed. It had everything you would possibly need and more (beach towels, box fan, plastic dishes for outside, basic spices/oils, baking dishes, pans, plastic and paper products for the home, etc.) It was a great location between Fort Myers and Punta Gorda, and we can't wait to visit again!

We believe short-term and vacation rentals are the best way to travel and I have personally been using them for years. We are always looking for a unique place to stay when we travel and our goal is to offer that kind of experience in all our properties.

Why they chose this property

Great quiet location halfway between Punta Gorda and Cape Coral. Located on a lake with direct intercostal and gulf access (no bridges!). Close to shopping but away from the traffic and noise of the city. Take a trip to Matlacha and visit all the quaint shops and restaurants. Or visit Fisherman's Village in Punta Gorda. Lots of things to do in the area and yet away from the hustle a bustle of Cape Coral and Punta Gorda.

What makes this property unique

Beautiful, remodeled home on quite lake. Great views from the lanai looking north. You may even get lucky enough to see a launch from Cape Canaveral! Dolphins visit the lake from time to time so never know what you might see.
