My husband and I stayed here for 10 days, the cabin was wonderful and clean!! We loved its proximity to destinations we liked to do and it was quiet and peaceful and tastefully decorated..the deck was great and the space was so easy to move around! The beds were comfy, amenities were great and it was clean!!! Wonderful stay and wil hopefully be back in 2028!!!

We were so pleased with this property! It was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The cabin was cozy and just a couple miles from town. I would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location! Had everything we needed! We hiked Quandary Peak, the Manitou Incline, and spent a day in Idaho Springs! House had lovely porch with great views. Enjoyed the lounging chairs! Thank you for sharing your house with us!

The cabin was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked with lots of appliances to make eating in easy, the beds/linens were comfy and the wrap around porch was perfect for our dog to hang out on. The hosts had a lot of good information for the area in their welcome binder. Thanks for an enjoyable stay!

We really enjoyed the cabin. It gave us the perfect place to relax after a full day. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to fix our meals. The beds were comfortable. We loved our stay at the Fairplay Cabin! The views were stunning—waking up to that mountain scenery was pure magic. The cabin was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, from plenty of towels and blankets to paper goods and cozy extras. We especially appreciated the small kitchen appliances (the air fryer was a game-changer for quick meals!) and the surprise of a well-stocked spice pantry. Being able to bring our well-mannered pup made the experience even more special. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Fairplay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Fairplay. The cabin was everything we needed for a 5 day stay. It was clean, well kept up, & very comfortable. We loved the big porch. It was easy to walk our dogs. All appliances worked great. Oni replied quickly to our questions. I recommend this cabin & we are already thinking of staying again this fall.

Not as advertised

This is a lovely place to stay, but we specifically searched for a property with a hot tub. After we had booked the property, we received a message from the host several days later advising that they had just learned that the HOA had removed the hot tubs. By the time I saw this message, it was too late to change our plans. We figured we could at least soak in the tub. No, that's not an option either, because we were unable to find a way to stop up the tub drain. The neighborhood was alright, but the walkability to restaurants was not as advertised either. It's a cute and comfortable place, but it was not what was advertised, and it was not what we were looking for.
