The perfect staycation for families and friends to relax and make new memories! Located only 30 minutes from Breck. Hang a hammock in the beautiful aspens right out your door or enjoy nearby national forest hiking trails. The basement has a air hockey table and a cozy living room to watch movies. Includes a washer/dryer, games, outdoor dining, a full kitchen, BBQ grill and more. We do also allow up to two pets!

The Space:
You will receive a 4 digit access code and the Wi-Fi info the day before check-in.

Guest Access:
Private entrance, driveway parking for 3 cars

The Neighborhood:
Private gated neighborhood with fishing ponds and National Forest trail access.

Great place to stay, secluded and quite. Easy to communicate with owners/property management. Only thing that is worth mentioning is, the grill was unusable with broken knobs, the fire put outside didn't have the proper tool to adjust flame, some of the pans in the kitchen were very old and made it very hard to get cleaned. A little outdated. But overall, we all fit comfortably and had a great time.

The cabin was great and as advertised. The host was engaged and helped work through an expired credit card issue. The location is perfect for hiking, fishing, or day trips to Breckenridge. Will stay again.

Mens Group getaway

A long time friend is getting married so him and our chuch mens group decided to go white water rafting. This served as a short place to stay for one night. Wish we would have stayed longer.
