With the added convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit, your stay at Mesquite Oasis Haven promises the ultimate relaxation in the beautiful desert surroundings of Palm Springs.
The condo is minutes away (pretty much walking distance) to a variety of restaurants, a Ralphs grocery store, a CVS pharmacy, and your choice of multiple coffee shops.

-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+ years of age
-Sorry, not Pet Friendly ($500 fine will be assessed for bringing any pets into this property)
-Due to this being in a gated community, you will need to stop by an automated lockbox in downtown Palm Springs to retrieve community access cards.
-Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and provide your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
