Downstairs are elegant living room, dining room and a brand new kitchen. 4 cozy bedrooms and 3 new bathrooms are upstairs, with the view of Oakland hills and spacious backyard. Conveniently located off High Street, close to Mills College, Highland Hospital, Davita Hospital and Alameda Hospital. Easy access to highway 580 and 880 and gas station, shops on High Street. Huge, enclosed back yard can be a place for your recreation and pet runs.

Great Oakland location

The house was as pictured. Communication with host was excellent - they took care of anything needed right away. Neighborhood is established and well maintained, very quiet. We were in town for Berkeley graduation so location to Berkeley and airport was great.

Very very disappointed with this property. Not as advertised at all. Not cozy, not elegant, not inviting. We did not have a vacation feel whatsoever from the jump. The host is wonderful. Very accommodating. Just not the experience we were wanting from the property.

Clean, comfortable house

The house was clean and comfortable. Any issues we had were quickly remedied by the owner, and communication was fast and polite. We liked the neighborhood- there is a great Vietnamese restaurant up the street, delicious donuts a six minute walk away, and a playground within walking distance. The house had more than enough room for our family of four.

Great Stay

We had a great time at this house. It was in a quiet neighborhood. We there was plenty of space for all 5 of us adults. My only recommendation would be for them to get TVs for each room. There is only an older tv in the living room, none in any of the bedrooms. There is an old AC unit in the nook of the living room. It cools down the downstairs area well. No ac units in the rooms. We opened the windows and the house cooled down with no problems. We had issues with the WiFi because of a comcast blackout. The host tried her best to resolve the issue immediately. They were very responsive and even offered to let us check in early and out late. I would stay here again.
