Enjoy all that Durango has to offer from this conveniently located in-town condo. Visit Durango's historic main street with a short 5-minute drive or access world class mountain biking trails right out the back door. The condo complex offers amenities for all seasons. Cool off in the pool after exploring the San Juan mountains, or relax in the hot tub after a long day skiing at Purgatory.

No matter your adventure, end the day relaxing by the fire in your cozy living room.

This condo has accommodations for 6 and provides a spacious living room with comfortable seating and a large dining room table perfect for playing games or hosting friends and family. The cozy living room also has a wood burning stove. The fully stocked kitchen comes with complementary coffee, and opens up to the dining and living room creating an inviting space. This condo also provides:

- 1 comfortable king bed
- a loft with 1 full size bed
- a queen pull out couch
- 1 full bathroom
- washer/dryer
- high speed wifi
- deck w/ outdoor seating
**This is a first level unit, however there are one set of stairs required to access the unit.**

During your stay you'll also have access to the shared pool and hot tub, grills, and sauna located at the clubhouse and a short walk from the unit. The hot tub and sauna are open year round, while the pool is open seasonally from May-September.

The condo complex backs up to Power Line trail which connects to Raiders Ridge and the Horse Gulch trail system, a world class mountain biking system. There is also a huge soccer field and park directly across the street, as well as tennis courts and a golf course (Hillcrest Golf Club). There are several more trails, as well as a disc golf course that weave through and around the Fort Lewis college campus, all within walking distance of the complex. There's also a local bus stop in front of the property for easy access back and forth to downtown.

We really enjoyed our time here and we would definitely come back!!! The location was so convenient being so close to FLC as our daughter plays soccer on the women's team. Everything was so clean, and we loved the decor and colors of the condo. We made several meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great place to stay!!

Beautiful Ski Recovery Spot!

Comfy, wood stove-warmed condo provided lovely respite for our night between two days of skiing! Gorgeous master suite with a generous king bed plus the sweet lofted spot gave us plenty of room to stretch out and rest, cozy kitchen cooked up a great meal that we enjoyed in the main space and couches! Lovely night with great star views on the patio, and don’t forget to make use of the hot tub and sauna! It was exactly what we needed after a few days on the mountain. Thank you for a great weekend getaway!

Great place for exploring Durango

We wanted something close enough to downtown that we could bike around. This place was perfect for that. It's also connected to a good set of mountain bike trails that are also within biking distance. The loft and pullout couch allowed each of our kids to have their own space. Communication with the owner was proactive and easily accessible. We never had to go looking for any information or ask any questions. All the necessary information was provided before we needed it. Our kids loved the pool to cool off during the warm summer days. Checkout process was super reasonable and didn't require a ton of extra cleanup or trash removal. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Durango condo

The property is fine for 2 people, but crowded for more than 2. Loft is up a narrow, winding staircase (as shown in the photos) and almost impossible to take up a suitcase or even a small bag. Small bathroom with no storage for toiletries. The unit needs updating. Counters are stained and old. Living room is comfortable. Not near downtown or restaurants.

Hi Gail - thanks for your review. We have had multiple guests stay with up to 6 people and have had zero complaints about the size of the unit. As you pointed out, the photos do show the spiral staircase leading up to the loft, as well as a very detailed representation of the current state of the unit. The unit was also recently (within the last 8 months) updated with new paint, tile flooring, new carpet, light fixtures, and a completely remodeled bathroom (tiled shower), as well as new furniture and kitchen appliances. The listing description also points out the location relative to downtown ("a short 5-minute drive"). I'm not sure if you ignored the description and photos of the unit prior to booking, but your review suggests that maybe that was the case. For others reading this, this listing has received 5 stars from 23 out of the 25 reviews left, with the other two reviews being 4 star.
