Enjoy all that Durango has to offer from this conveniently located in-town condo. Visit Durango's historic main street with a short 5-minute drive or access world class mountain biking trails right out the back door. The condo complex offers amenities for all seasons. Cool off in the pool after exploring the San Juan mountains, or relax in the hot tub after a long day skiing at Purgatory.

No matter your adventure, end the day relaxing by the fire and taking in the views of the nearby La Plata mountains and Animas River Valley from your cozy living room.

This condo has accommodations for 4 and provides a spacious living room with comfortable seating and a large dining room table perfect for playing games or hosting friends and family. The cozy living room also has a wood burning fireplace and offers views of the nearby La Plata mountains. The fully stocked kitchen comes with complementary coffee, and opens up to the dining and living room creating an inviting space. This condo also provides:

- deck w/ outdoor seating
- beautiful views of the La Plata mountains and Animas Valley
**This is a second level unit, there are two sets of stairs required to access the unit (32 steps total).**

During your stay you'll also have access to the shared pool and hot tub, grills, and sauna located at the clubhouse and a short walk from the unit. The hot tub and sauna are open year round, while the pool is open seasonally from May-September.

The condo complex backs up to Power Line trail which connects to Raiders Ridge and the Horse Gulch trail system, a world class mountain biking system. There is also a huge soccer field and park directly across the street, as well as tennis courts and a golf course (Hillcrest Golf Club). There are several more trails, as well as a disc golf course that weave through and around the Fort Lewis college campus, all within walking distance of the complex. There's also a local bus stop in front of the property for easy access back and forth to downtown.

Unit is in a high density condo facility. Entry to 2nd story unit had an extraordinarily disgusting amount of bird guano all along the steps and main pillar that you navigate through and past. It clearly was a very large buildup over time that has been ignored. Adjacent unit had hammering and pounding all day and into the late, late evening. Host responded when advised but the issue was never resolved. We went back and forth for several days. In fact, the last response I received from Host is that they spoke to the workers and they should be done in another 5- minutes. This was past 8:00 pm, one of the earlier evenings when it did stop. A review of my messages with Host leads me to believe that they were somehow connected to the workers in the adjacent unit. Poor experience. Average unit.

Thanks for your review, Tony. The bird droppings issue has been relayed to the HOA management and will be resolved immediately. After you notified us on Saturday of the neighbors noise we took appropriate action and contacted the HOA and filed a complaint. When you contacted us the following day to let us know the issue had still not been resolved, I personally drove over to the property and spoke with the contractor. We had no prior contact or connection with this contractor, or knowledge of the scheduled work. This unit is highly rated due to it's in-town location, views of the La Plata Mountains, cozy and clean interior, and pool and hot tub amenities. We apologize that you had a poor experience due to factors outside of our control, but we are confident that the contractor noise was a one off event.

This was a well equipped and centrally located property. There are a lot of stairs up to the front door but once there the view is great. Nice experience overall. Great price and good value. We would stay there again!

While the location was convenient to downtown and the mountain view was lovely, the condo itself was really disappointing, dated, and dirty. The carpets were stained and dirty, the bath towels were stained and had clearly been used a long time, the bedroom closet doors were difficult to open/close and were barely on the track, the blinds in the bedroom wouldn’t open, the furniture was really old and in not good condition, the oven was ancient and kitchen drawers falling apart, and the kitchen items were very poorly stocked. It felt kind of gross with how old, broken, and dated everything was. This was not worth the money and I wouldn’t recommend to stay here.

We never heard from you during your stay, but would have been happy to address any issues you had. The condo is an older unit, although the photos do accurately depict current furniture and condition of the unit. This is the first we're hearing about stained towels, and will make sure those are removed and new ones are provided for the next guests. Comfortable, clean and great location! Beds and linens were soft and comfy, wi-fi was strong and the kitchen was well stocked with actually usable cooking tools (not always the case at many rental). Kids loved the spiral staircase, loft area and having access to the hot tub and sauna. The condo is 5 minutes and a very easy drive to downtown. Easily bikeable if you don't want to drive.
