Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all towels in the laundry room. Please leave all linens on the beds. Take out all trash and food. Turn the air up to 80 in the summer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not use, climb on, or touch the boat. Do not try to lower or climb on the boat lift. Do not try to climb on or use the elevator.
The master closet, first floor storage room, and garage are off limits.

Peaceful and Calm

We really enjoyed being in this home in this location. The canal provided lots of opportunities for fun, fishing, kayaking, crabbing and learning for out young ones. The beach was easy to get to and the house was spacious and comfortable. The whole experience fit our needs and we are grateful to have found this space.
